COMPETITIVE WAGES

- Starting wage is $23.61 per hour ($23.86 with certification) Weekend differentials (+.50/hour for weekend shifts / high need differentials (+.20/hour dependent upon task) / mileage reimbursement* (current IRS rate)

PAID TRAINING

- We assist you in the enrolment for your Basic training, and help walk you thru the credentialing process with the WA State Department of Health – all required training is paid for, in addition to the initial HCA testing. Your required Annual Continuing Education courses are also paid after completing your Home Care Aide Certification.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Ability to perform basic duties of the job- Basic job responsibilities may include: assistance with walking, transfers, eating, toilet use, dressing, personal hygiene, bathing, meal preparation, housework, and laundry, shopping, transportation, telephone use and companionship. Care needs range from high medical needs to low social needs.

*Must be able to successfully pass a Washington State background check

*Lift and Carry 35lbs and demonstrate proper use of body mechanics while bending, twisting and lifting
