Homemaker / Companion Caregiver

Care Coverage Healthcare Staffing LLC is a private pay home care agency serving premium families across South Shore, Plymouth and Norfolk County, Massachusetts. Every caregiver at Care Coverage is a W-2 employee not a 1099 contractor. You are covered with workers' compensation and liability insurance from day one.

What You Will Do

Provide non-medical companion and homemaker support to clients in their homes

• Companionship, conversation, and meaningful engagement
• Light housekeeping, laundry, and home organization
• Meal preparation and hydration support
• Medication reminders (not administration)
• Mobility assistance and fall prevention
• Errands, grocery shopping, and transportation
• Shift documentation

What We Offer

• $18 -20/hour — W-2, paid weekly. Not 1099.
• Consistent schedule — know your shifts in advance every week
• Maximum 24 hours per week — reliable part-time, no burnout
• Direct support from your care coordinator before, during, and after every shift

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to South Shore and Norfolk County
• Ability to pass a Massachusetts iCORI and national background check
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional

Preferred

• Prior experience as a CNA, HHA, caregiver, or companion
• Experience with seniors, dementia, Parkinson's, or post-surgical clients
• Bilingual is a strong plus
• Current CPR/First Aid certification
