Service Areas

Sebring FL, Avon Park Fl, Lake Placid Fl Schedule: Monday–Friday | Rotating Weekends Must be available between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Travel: Required – aides will travel from client to client within the service area.

is seeking compassionate and dependable Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide quality in-home care for clients. In this role, you will assist clients with daily living activities while helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Perform light housekeeping related to client care
• Monitor and report any changes in the client’s condition
• Follow individualized care plans and complete care documentation

Requirements

• Active HHA Certificate or CNA License
• CPR Certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background screening
• Previous caregiving or home health experience preferred
