Position Details

• Location: Concord, NC
• Job Type: Part-time / Permanent
• Schedule: Consistent, ongoing hours

• Client: Adult with dementia/Alzheimer’s-related care needs

Qualifications * Experience caring for individuals with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease * Compassionate, patient, dependable, and responsible * Comfortable assisting with personal care and daily activities * Able to commit to a long-term, consistent assignment * Good communication and documentation skills * Arabic-speaking is strongly preferred * Applicants who live in or near Concord, NC are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care
• Provide companionship and supervision
• Assist with the client’s daily routine and safety
• Provide appropriate support related to dementia/Alzheimer’s care
• Follow the client’s care plan
• Communicate with the family and care team
