* 401(k) * Dental insurance * Vision insurance * Wellness resources About the Role: Wright By Your Side In Home Care is looking for a compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregiver to join our team in Little Rock, AR! We are looking for a CNA/Caregiver for weekdays 10a-6p and occasional weekends 10a-2p for a female client with a small dog. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of clients by providing personalized, one-on-one care in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities

* Provide hands-on personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support * Must be able to assist with walking the dog and watering outdoor plants * Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort * Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed * Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and tidying living spaces * Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families * Assist with medication reminders and monitor client health and well-being * Transport clients to appointments or errands as needed * Document and report any changes in client condition to supervisors promptly

Requirements

* Prior caregiving, home health aide (HHA), or CNA experience preferred * Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled individuals * Ability to work the 10am–6pm shift reliably and consistently * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required * Strong communication skills and a dependable, trustworthy character * Ability to perform light physical tasks including lifting and assisting with transfers * Must pass a background check
