Job Overview

As an In Home Caregiver, you’ll provide respectful, dependable support to clients in their homes and communities. You’ll assist with daily routines, personal care, meals, and safe movement while following care plans and protecting each client’s privacy and rights. Your impact: Attentive care helps clients maintain comfort, dignity, and independence while giving families greater confidence in their loved one’s daily support.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility; use safe manual handling and patient transfer methods, including a Hoyer lift when trained and appropriate.
• Prepare meals, cook, perform light cleaning, and provide personal transportation assistance as assigned.
• Observe and monitor clients, report changes, and follow care plans; support medication administration and vital-sign checks only as authorized and trained.
• Communicate clearly with clients and client's family members about changes.
• Take the client to a grocery shopping and do some laundry.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have DL and transportaton Required.
• Compassion, reliability, clear client communication, and the ability to perform assigned caregiving duties, including patient personal care assistance and safe lifting or transfers as applicable.
• Ability to communacate clearly with the member.
• Relevant experience may include patient care, patient observation.

Pay: From $15.30 per hour

Expected hours: 14.0 per week
