In Home Caregiver

Responsibilities: - Provide in-home care to clients based on their individual needs and care plans - Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting - Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals - Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper techniques and equipment - Prepare meals and assist with feeding, if necessary - Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up living areas and doing laundry - Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients - Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals

Skills: - Compassionate and caring nature - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to follow instructions and care plans accurately - Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families - Patience and understanding when working with individuals who may have physical or cognitive limitations - Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect client privacy - Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency procedures
