In Home Caregiver

Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver to provide quality care and support to elderly clients. This role is ideal for someone who is patient, attentive, and committed to enhancing the well-being and comfort of others.

Duties

• Assist clients with daily activities, including transferring, feeding, dressing, and hygiene routines
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a clean, safe environment
• Monitor and report changes in client condition

Skills

• CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or HCA (Home Care Aide) preferred, but not required
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus
• Ability to use assistive devices such as a Hoyer lift or gait belt
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Dependable, patient, and respectful demeanor
• Ability to pass background check, be at least 18 years old and meet agency requirements
• Have reliable transportation and valid automobile insurance
