In-Home Caregiver

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to provide essential care for individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients. Caregiving experience preferred, but not required. We provide training.

Hours

Friday Evening

5:30-9:30pm (Variable Hours)

Responsibilities

• The caregiver's main responsibility will be supervision and companionship for a child with autism.
• Occasionally driving the child to dinner or shopping. Mileage will be reimbursed when driving client.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients fostering a positive environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in living spaces to ensure a safe environment.
• Engage client in socialization to promote mental stimulation and well-being.
• Prepare a simple snack or meal.
• Medication reminders.

Requirements

• Must be patient and kind with children.
• Reliable transportation with proof of insurance.
• Strong communication skills.
• Caring and dedicated to helping people.
• Background check required.

Work Location

In person in Republic, MO.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2-8 hours per week
