Responsibilities

* Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support * Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety at home * Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed * Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and tidying living spaces * Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families * Assist with medication reminders and monitor client health and well-being * Transport clients to appointments, errands, and social activities * Document and report any changes in client condition to supervisors

Requirements

* Prior experience in caregiving, home health, or a related field preferred * Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled individuals * Ability to pass a background check and drug screening * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively * CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
