As an In Home Caregiver at Amada Senior Care, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate support to seniors in their homes. Your dedication will help ensure that our clients live safely and comfortably while receiving the personalized care they need.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Monitor patient health and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance client well-being.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain client confidentiality at all times.
• Assist with hospice care as needed, ensuring comfort for clients in their final stages of life.
• Observe and document patient conditions accurately for ongoing assessments.

Requirements

• Previous experience in home care or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is essential.
• Compassionate nature with a strong desire to help others.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families.
• Basic understanding of patient monitoring and observation techniques is beneficial.
• Experience in traumatic brain injury and Alzheimer's disease is a plus.
