Job Summary

As a Caregiver (Spanish/English speaking) with SYNERGY HomeCare of Prosper, you will be responsible for providing non-medical care and support to our clients in their homes. This includes assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing emotional support and companionship. Your exceptional communication skills in both Spanish and English will enable you to effectively interact with our bilingual clients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry
• Engage in conversations and activities with clients to promote socialization and mental stimulation
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to our clinical team
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and services provided
• Collaborate with other caregivers and healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care
