In Home Caregiver

Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various medical settings, including geriatrics and post-acute care, and will be adept at supporting individuals with diverse needs. This role requires a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients through personalized care and support.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Monitor clients’ health status and report any changes to healthcare professionals.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being.
• Administer medications as prescribed and ensure adherence to care plans.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Collaborate with family members and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document care provided and maintain accurate records of client.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
