In Home Caregiver

Job Summary: We are seeking full-time and part-time compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Responsibilities: - Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting - Provide companionship and emotional support to clients - Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary - Administer medications according to prescribed schedules - Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up - Accompany clients to appointments or outings as needed - Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior - Maintain accurate records of care provided

Skills: - Compassionate and empathetic nature - Excellent communication skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Strong attention to detail - Patience and understanding when working with elderly or disabled individuals - Ability to adapt to different client needs and preferences

Please note that prior experience as a caregiver is preferred but not required. We provide comprehensive training for all new hires.
