In Home Caregiver in Little Canada

We are seeking compassionate, friendly, and experienced Lead caregivers to join our team. As a Lead Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in guiding new caregivers and providing essential care and support to adults with varying needs in their homes.

Qualifications

• At least one years' experience in leading and coaching others
• At least three year's experience as a caregiver (CNA is preferred)
• Work 30-40 hours per week, but be available 50 hours every week and 10 hours on weekdays plus able to work some weekend days
• Willing to travel throughout the Metro Area
• At least 18 years of age
• A valid driver's license and active auto insurance for client transportation
• An experienced caregiver with strong caregiving skills
• A background in long-term care, assisted living, dementia care, nursing homes and hospice is highly desirable
• Knowledgeable in using the equipment that our clients need
• Ability to work with a wide range of clients who have varying needs
• Willing to do personal cares for female and male clients
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
• Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds when necessary
• Familiarity with resident rights and home care practices
• Ability to comprehend and clearly speak English
• Ability to use your smartphone which includes downloading and using Apps and sending texts and emails
