We are looking for *passionate* and *reliable* caregivers to support and enhance the quality of life for the individuals we serve. Clients you support are striving to reach goals identified in their Individual Support Plans. To achieve these goals, individuals may require your assistance with, but not limited to, the following:

• Personal Care Assistance (bathing, toileting, dressing, mobility/transfers, nutrition)
• Socialization and Engagement with their preferred and developmentally appropriate activities
• Supervision and Monitoring for Safety
• Behavioral Management and Crisis Prevention
• Verbal and Non-Verbal Communication Techniques

QUALIFICATIONS

• Two years (preferred) experience working with children and/or adults with developmental disabilities (Autism, Down Syndrome, ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, etc.)
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
• BLS/CPR/First Aid Certification
• TB test or Chest X-ray done within 2 years
• Physical Clearance
• Must be able to meet training and agency compliance requirements
• Ability to comply with local and/or federal regulations regarding COVID-19 vaccination
