• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using manual handling techniques like Hoyer lifts when necessary.
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary restrictions and personal preferences while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment through regular cleaning tasks and ensuring proper infection control practices are followed.
• Document care activities meticulously in compliance with healthcare protocols and assist in updating individual care plans regularly.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to foster social interaction and mental well-being for clients.

Skills

• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and privacy of patient information.
• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
