Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregivers to provide support in a home setting. The ideal candidate will assist individuals with seniors in their daily activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This role requires a blend of personal care, meal preparation, and companionship to enhance the quality of life for residents.

Duties

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and grooming.
• Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements and preferences.
• Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
• Observe and report any changes in clients' conditions or behaviors to appropriate staff.
• Ensure the rights of clients are upheld and respected at all times.
• Perform lifting as necessary to assist clients with mobility or other needs.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Strong understanding of client rights and patient observation techniques.
• Ability to perform lifting safely and effectively.
• Knowledge of meal preparation and dietary considerations for seniors or individuals with special needs.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients, families, and staff.
• Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care.

This position is essential for ensuring that clients receive the assistance needed for their daily lives while promoting independence and dignity.
