In Home Caregiver

Location: Need caregivers throughout the Denver Metro and surrounding areas (Cherry Creek, Highlands Ranch, Parker, Lone Tree, Denver, Aurora, Littleton, Elizabeth, etc.). Needing to cover 12 hour, 4 hour, and 3 hour shifts - days and overnight shifts.

Responsibilities: - Provide assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. - Assist with meal preparation and feeding. - Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals. - Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up. - Accompany clients to appointments and outings. - Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. - Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior.

Experience: - Previous experience as a caregiver is preferred but not required. - Knowledge of basic caregiving techniques and practices. - Ability to follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Compassionate and patient demeanor.

Skills: - Ability to provide physical assistance to clients, including lifting and transferring. - Strong observational skills to monitor clients' health and well-being. - Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. - Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently. - Knowledge of safety precautions in caregiving.
