In-Home Caregiver (Part-Time)

Job Summary Join our dedicated team as a Part-Time In-Home Caregiver, where you will play a vital role in providing compassionate, personalized care to individuals in their homes. Duties

• Provide compassionate empathetic care and companionship
• Prepare nutritious meals, assist with cooking, and support clients with mobility challenges or disabilities in a respectful manner.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning to promote a safe and healthy living environment for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients’ families and care management teams as appropriate.

Skills

• Proven experience working with individuals with disabilities, developmental or intellectual disabilities support, geriatrics, or senior care.
• Familiarity with assisted living facilities, nursing homes, home health services, hospice care, and home or community care environments.
• Expertise in working with aging populations including dementia care, memory care, and caring for individuals with decreased mobility.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration; ability to follow detailed care plans accurately.
• Experience working with patients requiring heavy lifting or transfer assistance is a plus.
