Job Overview
Partners in Care LLC is seeking PCA's to provide in-home personal care services to clients in Elizabeth City, NC and surrounding areas. This position is ideal for compassionate, dependable caregivers who want flexible schedules and meaningful work.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including:
- Bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Mobility and transfer assistance
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Light housekeeping related to client care
- Meal preparation and feeding assistance
- Medication reminders (as permitted)
- Follow individualized care plans
- Accurately document services provided
- Maintain client dignity, safety, and confidentiality
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Dependable, professional, and compassionate
- Home care experience preferred, but not required
Schedule
- Flexible scheduling
- Day, evening, and weekend shifts available
- Full-time and part-time positions
