Position Overview

We're seeking experienced caregivers to provide personalized, non-medical assistance to individuals in their homes.

This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers who enjoy building meaningful relationships with clients and want to grow with a locally owned agency.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Offer medication reminders (no medication administration).
• Support safe movement and everyday routines within the caregiver's training.
• Provide respite support for family caregivers.
• Observe and report changes in clients' needs or conditions.
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain professional communication.

Qualifications

Required

• At least 1 year of professional or relevant caregiving experience.
• Ability to pass required background screening.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependability, patience, and professionalism.
• Ability to assist with personal care tasks safely.

Preferred

• Experience supporting individuals with Parkinson's, dementia, or mobility challenges.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• CNA or Certified Caregiver credentials.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
