Duties

• Provide strategic leadership to ensure the smooth operation of the assisted living community, including supervising staff and managing daily activities.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans that address residents' unique needs.
• Oversee medication administration processes in accordance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local health regulation policies related to long-term care facilities.
• Lead efforts in staff recruitment, training, supervision, and performance evaluations to build a motivated and competent team.
• Foster positive relationships with residents’ families and coordinate communication regarding care plans and community updates.
• Maintain accurate documentation of resident records, incident reports, and regulatory compliance reports.
• Promote a culture of safety, compassion, and continuous improvement within the community.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in assisted living or nursing home management with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Extensive knowledge of long-term care regulations.
• Background in nursing or healthcare administration with nursing leadership experience preferred.
