Lead PCA/Caregiver

About the Position

Arkridge Homecare is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Lead PCA/Caregiver to support our clients and team in the Lafayette TN area and surrounding communities. This position is ideal for someone with strong caregiving experience who enjoys mentoring others, problem-solving, and stepping in when additional support is needed.

As a Lead PCA/Caregiver, you will provide direct client care while also assisting with caregiver training, quality assurance, and daily operations to help ensure excellent service for our clients.

### Responsibilities

• Follow all Arkridge Homecare policies and procedures
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to caregivers
• Maintain consistent communication with management and office staff
• Assist with client intake paperwork and documentation as needed
• Train and support caregivers in the field
• Conduct client and caregiver quality checks
• Provide coverage for client shifts when caregivers are unavailable
• Work scheduled client care shifts as needed
• Support office operations and additional field responsibilities as assigned

### Qualifications

Preferred candidates will have

• Previous caregiving experience and/or leadership experience
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel locally on a daily basis
• Flexibility to accommodate last-minute schedule changes when needed
• Willingness to provide caregiver coverage for call-outs and staffing needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Dependable, punctual, organized, and flexible
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
