Responsibilities

*(Will vary by client)*

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Help with mobility and activities of daily living
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry
• Follow the client's individualized plan of care
• Complete daily care notes using our mobile app
• Observe and report changes in the client's condition to the office

We're Looking For Someone Who Is

• Patient, respectful, and compassionate toward seniors and individuals with disabilities
• Trustworthy and comfortable working independently in a client's home
• Interested in live-in caregiving and building meaningful relationships with clients
• Adaptable to different client needs and care routines

Minimum Requirements

• Previous home care, caregiving, or CNA experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation when required for the assignment
• Current auto insurance when driving is required
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable smartphone with internet access and an active email account
• Willingness to complete all applicable state-mandated caregiver training courses (if not already completed) and maintain required training
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living, including standing, walking, lifting, and transferring, as needed
• Ability to communicate professionally and maintain client confidentiality
