Responsibilities: What are the care requirements of this client?

• Meal Preparation
• Light Housekeeping
• Engagement
• Bathing/dressing
• Standby assistance
• Toileting
• Medication Reminders

*Notes: caregiver needs experience with client's with brain atrophy who experience "sun-downing." Would need a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle*

Requirements: What is required from you?

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must have a valid ID or Driver’s License
• Must be reliable
