*Schedule:* Mondays through Fridays 7am-11am & 4pm-8pm

Responsibilities: What are the care requirements of this client?

• Meal Preparation
• Light Housekeeping
• Engagement
• Bathing/dressing reminders
• Minimal hygiene/grooming
• Toileting
• Mobility/standby assistance

*Notes:* Memory care experience with "sun-downing" experience needed

Requirements: What is required from you?

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must have a valid ID or Driver’s License
• Must be reliable
• Preferred experience working with memory care clients
