Your Responsibilities May Include

* Assisting a non-ambulatory client with safe transfers and mobility * Providing compassionate one-on-one companionship and emotional support * Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene * Providing feeding tube assistance (experience preferred) * Preparing meals and snacks as needed * Performing light housekeeping to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment * Providing transportation to appointments and errands, if needed * Following each client's individualized plan of care * Communicating timely updates with the office team and the cl...
