We are looking for someone who is available for the schedule: Monday to Saturday morning hours with a car.

Home Health Aide (Caregiver)

Qualifications:

• 2+ years as a HHA/Caregiver in the home care sector.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Registered on the IDPH caregiver registry
• Urdu Speaking
• Essential Functions:
• Be responsible for basic care services such as bathing, grooming and feeding, assisting clients with medical equipment, and medication reminders.
• Providing vital information on clients through Clear Care.
• Assist clients in activities of daily living
• Document care provided
• Provide care and compassion to foster the client’s physical and emotional well-being
