Med Tech/Caregiver 1st Shift

Sunset Ridge Assisted Living & Memory Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable caregiver to join our team for a short first-shift position. This role is perfect for someone looking for supplemental income, a parent with children in school, a student, or anyone who enjoys working mornings and making a difference in the lives of seniors.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with morning care, including dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Support residents with transfers, mobility, and ambulation as needed.
• Assist with breakfast service and ensure residents receive proper nutrition and hydration.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing or management staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Ensure resident safety while promoting dignity and independence.
• Follow resident service plans and community policies.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving, CNA, or CBRF experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to obtain or maintain required Wisconsin CBRF certifications.
• Dependable, punctual, and compassionate.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
