Allegro Parkland is seeking a compassionate, creative Memory Care Activities Assistant (Lifestyle Assistant) to lead engaging programming in our Ensemble Care (Memory Care) neighborhood. This is a role for someone who understands that for residents living with Alzheimer's and dementia, meaningful moments aren't just nice to have — they're essential to quality of life.

What You Bring

• Experience working with individuals living with Alzheimer's disease or dementia — strongly preferred
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record — required
• Comfortable and confident transporting residents on outings and community excursions
• A genuine passion for Memory Care and a deep respect for resident dignity
• Creative, patient, and calm under pressure — you know how to redirect and engage with warmth
• Dependable and consistent — residents and families count on you
• No certifications required — the right heart and experience matter most
