Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) License
• CPR Certification
• Memory Care Experience
• Strong Problem-Solving Skills
• Positive Attitude and a Team player

Position Responsibilities

• Delivers and coordinates care in an organized and flexible manner according to the standards of nursing practice, follows and support facility and departmental policies, procedures, mission and values
• Supervise nursing assistants
• Complete resident admission/readmission
• Coordinate care in an organized and flexible manner
• Initiate and maintains accurate and thorough documentation
• Monitor and countersign nursing assistant’s documentation records
• Exemplifies a positive customer service behavior
