Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors? Hope Creek is looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Memory Care Director to lead our memory care program and create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for residents living with dementia and Alzheimer's.

What You'll Do

• Oversee the daily operations of the memory care program.
• Develop and implement engaging activities tailored to residents' individual needs and abilities.
• Lead, support, and motivate memory care staff.
• Promote a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents and families.
• Coordinate individualized care approaches with nursing and other departments.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and care standards.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience working with seniors, preferably in memory care or dementia care.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• A compassionate, patient, and positive approach to resident care.
• Ability to lead a team and create a positive community environment.
