Caregiver Assisted Living/Memory Care

BFF Care Solutions and Just Like Family is looking to hire an experienced and compassionate Caregiver to join our *Just Like Family* team. As a Caregiver you will meet the care needs and enhance the quality of life of residents.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living. This includes dressing, mobility, personal hygiene, eating, participating in activities and attending events.
Respond to residents’ personal needs with care, patience, and respect.
Communicate any change of conditions to supervisors and nurses.
Promote teamwork, collaboration, and cooperation with the rest of the Gordon Manor staff and team.

*Looking to hire Night Shift Caregivers. Experience is preferred, but all levels of experience are encouraged to apply today! Full or Part-time positions available.*

Pay range

Pay $19 to $28

For training

* New Hires are required to do 40* hours of initial training.

Qualifications

1 year of experience preferred, but not necessary
Must be at least 18 years of age
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with supervisors, healthcare professionals, residents, and families.
Understand the importance of quality care for the elderly
Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests
