Beztak is looking to hire a Concierge to join our team. This position is responsible for providing courteous, prompt, and efficient service to all residents and guests. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Greeting all residents and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. * Ensures the telephone is answered promptly and calls are directed as needed. * Treats all residents and guests in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction. Always strives to exceed expectations. * Operating a company vehicle or personal vehicle (as required) to perform job duties. Candidates must be willing and able to drive for work-related purposes as needed. * Working in a high-pressure environment, interacting with difficult customers/vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, having effective interpersonal skills.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION

* One-year experience in the industry or related field
