NOC Med Tech/Caregiver

Overview

Fox Hollow Residential Care Facility, professionally managed by Ohana Ventures, is a premier Senior Living Community that is seeking experienced Med Techs/Caregivers that would be responsible for carrying out ADL services to residents in accordance with their service plan including providing personal care for all residents, communicating with medical professionals and families about the needs of residents under the direction of the Health Services Director and maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards. We are looking to fill NOC shift.

Essential Functions

Communicating in English with all residents, families, and visitors.

Must be self-motivated and can work independently and make decisions.

Excellent organizational skills; detail oriented.

Pleasant, professional, and personal manner.

Duties

Duties include but are not limited to:

Providing Care of residents

Maintaining required training

Continuous quality improvement

Maintaining compliance with al local, state, and federal guidelines

Safety Compliance

Team Effectiveness

Perform other duties as assigned or needed

Supervision

Reports to the Health Services Director

Education & Licensing

Required…….High School Diploma or equivalent

Certification as required by the state

Experience

Preferred…….Minimum one year’s experience in a caregiving role or similar function, but willing to train the right candidate.
