NOW HIRING: OVERNIGHT HOME HEALTH AIDE

Job Summary

Monday- Saturday 60 hours a week.8:00 PM- 8:00 AM We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and dedicated overnight home health aide to provide one-on-one care for a single patient in Los Lunas, New Mexico.

This position offers a consistent overnight schedule , competitive hourly pay and overtime compensation.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, one-on-one patient care.
• Assist with personal care and nightly activities as needed.
• Monitor patient safety, comfort, and well being through the night.
• Follow the patients established care plan.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Report any concerns or changes in the patients condition.
• Support medication administration only as authorized and within applicable requirements.
• Prepare meals, cook, clean, and handle laundry to maintain a comfortable home environment.
• Protect medical records and confidentiality under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and follow home health regulations. Your impact: Consistent overnight observation and compassionate care help clients and families feel safer while supporting comfort and continuity at home.

Requirements

• Must pass a Drug Screening.
• Must pass a background check.
• TB (tuberculosis) testing required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and responsible.
• Professional references required.

Knowledge of medical terminology, medical records, EMR/EHR systems, vital signs, catheter care, medication administration, and home health regulations is valued.
