Personal Care Assistant (PCA) – Part-Time | Wellford, SC

Legacy Healthcare Advantage

is seeking a compassionate and dependable Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to provide in-home care for a client in Wellford, SC. We are looking for a caregiver who is reliable, patient, and dedicated to helping clients remain safe and comfortable in their home.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
• 15 hours per week
• Part-Time

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance with personal care and activities of daily living
• Prepare and serve a simple lunch
• Perform light housekeeping, including tidying the client's living areas
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with mobility and ensure the client's safety during each visit
• Observe and report any changes in the client's condition to the care team

Home Environment

* The client has dogs in the home. Applicants must be comfortable working around pets.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA), Caregiver, or Home Health Aide preferred
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and current auto insurance
• Ability to pass all required background screenings
