What You'll Be Doing

Every day brings opportunities to make someone's life a little easier!

• Assist residents with dressing, bathing, grooming, and personal care
• Help with mobility, transfers, and daily routines
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist residents with meals and activities
• Support individuals living with memory loss
• Monitor and communicate changes in resident needs
• Follow individualized care plans
• Work alongside a dedicated team of caregivers and nurses

Who We're Looking For

You might be a CNA, HHA, DSP, Resident Assistant, Personal Care Assistant, or an experienced caregiver looking for a new opportunity.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a genuine passion for helping older adults
• Is patient, compassionate, and dependable
• Enjoys building relationships and working with a team
• Is comfortable assisting with personal care
• Communicates effectively with residents and coworkers
• Can lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the shift
• Is eager to learn and grow in healthcare

Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but we're also interested in individuals with the right attitude and willingness to learn!
