Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable, compassionate Full-Time On-Call Caregiver to provide in-home care and serve as our primary on-call resource for emergency call-outs and staffing needs. This salaried non-exempt role also includes some light office & scheduling duties during the week. Key Responsibilities * Deliver high-quality in-home personal care and support services to clients.

* Be available for full on-call duties (evenings, nights, weekends, holidays) except during approved time off.

* Respond promptly to call-ins and provide care as needed.

* Assist with light office tasks part-time during weekday business hours.

Compensation

* Annual base salary (salaried non-exempt position).

* Overtime paid at 1.5x regular rate for all hours worked over 40 per week.

* Paid full-time (even if hours worked/called-in are less)

Requirements

* Active CNA license.

* Prior caregiving experience.

* Office/scheduling experience.

* Current valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.

* Current CPR certification

Schedule

Part-time weekday office/admin hours, plus full on-call availability for emergencies and unfilled shifts.
