Windsor Manor Grinnell is seeking a compassionate, dependable Overnight Caregiver (Resident Assistant) to provide care and peace of mind to our Assisted Living and Memory Care residents through the night. This is a role for someone who thrives in a quieter, more independent environment — and who wants to do more than just clock in and clock out.

No Medication Aide certification? No problem. We'll train the right person — and invest in your growth every step of the way.

What You Bring

• A genuine heart for caring for seniors in a calm, overnight setting
• Prior caregiving, CNA, or healthcare experience preferred — but not required
• Dependable, patient, and comfortable working independently
• Ability to stay alert and responsive throughout overnight hours
• Desire to learn, grow, and build a healthcare career worth having
