Job Summary

The Paraprofessional Aide will provide 1:1 support to a student according to his/her IEP. The candidate will complete tasks as requested i.e. behavior/medical tracking, parent communication, focusing prompts, etc.

Essential Job Duties

• Assist student with activities of daily living (ADLs), which include toileting and mobility support, such as helping student move from wheelchair to chair or assisting with walking
• Teaching independence, and fostering independence in all interactions with the student, guide them and prompt them
