Dynasty Haven Home Care is a locally owned, nonmedical home care agency dedicated to helping individuals maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life in the comfort of their homes.

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and professional caregiver to provide one-on-one support to an established client in Bloomington.

Position Overview

This position offers a consistent weekday morning schedule totaling 16 hours per week. We are looking for a caregiver who values reliability, takes pride in their work, and is committed to providing quality, person-centered care.

This is an established, recurring assignment—not an on-call or choose-your-own-hours position. Applicants must be available for the assigned weekday morning schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living according to the client’s individualized care plan
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and daily routines
• Promote client safety, comfort, dignity, and independence
• Complete accurate and timely care documentation
• Communicate concerns or changes in the client’s condition to management
• Maintain professional boundaries and client confidentiality
• Follow agency policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation and current automobile insurance
• Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain certification before independently providing care
• Ability to successfully complete required background screening
• Consistent weekday morning availability
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to perform assigned caregiving duties safely, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Strong communication skills, patience, compassion, and professionalism
• Ability to follow individualized care plans and agency procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous professional or personal caregiving experience
• CNA or HHA experience is a plus but not required
• Experience supporting older adults or individuals needing assistance with daily living

Training and orientation are provided.

Additional Hours and Opportunities

Additional caregiving hours and assignments may be available based on client needs, caregiver availability, and performance.

Caregivers interested in additional hours may be considered for other assignments as opportunities arise.

Additional hours are not guaranteed.
