Overview We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Part-Time Morning Caregiver to provide essential support to seniors and individuals requiring personal assistance in Bloomington, IN. Duties

• Assist clients with personal care activities, including grooming, bathing, and mobility support.
• Provide senior care tailored to individual needs, promoting independence and comfort.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and needs.
• Offer transportation assistance for appointments, errands, or outings as needed.
• Support clients within their homes by performing light household tasks related to care.
• Ensure safety by following proper procedures and protocols during caregiving activities.
• Be prepared to administer basic first aid and CPR when necessary to ensure client safety.

Requirements

• Prior experience in caregiving or home health services is preferred but not mandatory; compassionate attitude is essential.
• Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with clients and their families.
• Knowledge of geriatrics and senior care best practices.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable; willingness to obtain certification if not already held.
• Reliable transportation for client appointments and errands.
• Availability for morning shifts on a part-time basis, with flexibility for scheduling needs.
