PAS/HHA Caregiver - Weekday Night Shift (Experienced Only - No Entry Level)

Crescendo Home Health is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented PAS Caregiver/HHA for a private duty position in the Pearland, TX area. This is a non-entry level position requiring prior home health experience. We are looking for a professional caregiver who excels in providing high-quality personal care and maintains excellent standards of cleanliness and reliability.

Position Details

• Weekday Night Shifts, Thursday and Friday 7pm-7am
• Weekend Day Shifts, Saturday and Sunday 7am-7pm
• Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)

Important notes

Client has 3 dogs, must be willing/able to care for animals (note: the client's home is extremely clean and does not have any animal odors)

Candidates must be willing to do simple cooking for this client.

Candidates must be willing/able to drive the client in a provided vehicle on errands and appointments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), reading the client’s ADL list daily and ensuring every task is completed accurately
• Perform personal care including suprapubic catheter care, emptying urine bag as needed, bed baths, and transfers (client requires minimal assist for wheelchair to bed)
• Conduct vital signs monitoring as needed and report any changes in condition immediately to the supervisor
• Administer the bowel program (primarily night shift, typically 10pm–1:30am) and follow client instructions
• Remind client to take medications as scheduled
• Prepare and cook meals for the client; manually wash, dry, and put away dishes immediately after every meal
• Maintain exceptional household cleanliness: mop dog hair with provided steam mop, keep bathroom clean, take out trash regularly, change linens every 3 days, and do laundry separately (no mixing of towels, clothes, bedding, or dog blankets)
