About the Role

As a PCA, you will be responsible for:

• Providing personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assisting with daily living activities, such as medication management and mobility
• Maintaining a safe and clean living environment
• Building strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
• Collaborate with other care professionals to develop personalized care plans
• Respond to resident needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of resident care
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 0 years of experience as a PCA or in a related field
• Ability to lift, bend, and move with ease
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
