Personal Care Aide

```Job Overview``` We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Assistant to join our team. As an Assistant, you will provide support and assistance to our clients in various settings such as home care, and senior care. Your role will involve helping with daily activities, providing companionship, and ensuring the well-being of our clients.

```Duties``` - Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing - Provide companionship and emotional support to clients - Assist with mobility and transfers - Administer medication reminders - Prepare meals and assist with feeding - Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment - Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior - Adhere to resident rights and maintain confidentiality

```Experience``` To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience and skills: - Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred - Knowledge of home care, or senior care is a plus - Ability to drive and have a valid driver's license - Strong behavior management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to provide physical assistance to clients as needed - Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and dietary restrictions - Familiarity with first aid procedures

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.50 - $17.50 per hour
