Job Summary

As a Personal Care Aide, you’ll bring kindness, patience, and consistency to every interaction. You’ll provide personal care, companionship, and support to seniors — helping them live safely and comfortably, whether in our center or in their homes.

This position is ideal for someone who is caring, dependable, and enjoys meaningful, hands-on work. You’ll be part of a supportive care team in a calm, people-centered environment where collaboration, compassion, and growth come first.

Hourly Wage

$15.50 /hr. to start – $16.50 /hr. after 90 days

Schedule

This position provides per diem hours with flexibility. Ideal for individuals seeking work outside standard business hours, including students, caregivers, parents or those looking for work that fits around other commitments.

Duties and Responsibilities

Provide personal care, supervision, and companionship to seniors. Assist with bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, and transfers. Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation as needed. Travel to participants’ homes and accompany them to appointments when required. Observe and report any changes in participant condition to the care team. Document care and services accurately in Alaya Care. Participate in team discussions and quality improvement initiatives. Build rapport and trust through kindness, empathy, and respectful communication.
