The Role: Compassionate Personal Care Aide

We are seeking reliable, compassionate, and professional Home Health Aides (HHAs)/Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to join our growing team. You will provide essential non-medical support that allows our clients to live safely and independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities include

• Personal Care: Assisting clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Homemaking & Nutrition: Performing light housekeeping, laundry, shopping for nutritious food, light cooking, and preparing meals according to dietary restrictions.
• Mobility Assistance: Assisting with safe transfers, ambulation, exercising, and proper use of mobility aids.
• Companionship: Providing continuous emotional support and security to the client.
• Documentation: Accurately documenting services provided and client status via our Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) system.
