Personal Care Aide (PCA)

About the Role

We are seeking reliable and compassionate Male Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to support individuals in their homes. This role focuses on helping clients with daily living activities and providing companionship to improve quality of life. We are a marketplace so you will have an opportunity to pick up shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying)
• Remind clients to take medications (no administration)
• Escort clients to appointments and errands
• Observe and report changes in client condition

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years old
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass background check and health screening
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable and punctual

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior caregiving or home care experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Schedule & Pay

• M-F 9-5 (potential weekend)
• Competitive hourly pay based on experience

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Experience

* care taking: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification

* Diver license with reliable and insured vehicle (Required)

Willingness to travel

* 25% (Preferred)
